Site development at the south-west junction of Henri-Bourassa Boulevard and Chemin de la Canardière – Quebec City

The City of Québec asked Groupe Conseil CHG to design and oversee the redevelopment of the parking lot located to the south-west of the junction between Henri-Bourassa Boulevard and Chemin de la Canardière, in the La Cité-Limoilou neighbourhood. The work involved reconstructing the parking lot and developing the land alongside the main roads.

The commission included reconstruction of the rainwater collection system and lighting, replacement of the commercial signage, repairs to or replacement of the curbs and paving, landscaping, installation of fencing and marking of an area of 2 500 m2.

Groupe Conseil CHG was responsible for design, production of plans and specifications and supervision of all the work, including quality control and project closure.
