Construction of a Reception Building and Main Building, Infrastructure and Landscape Development - Charlevoix Maritime Museum

The Charlevoix Maritime Museum asked Groupe Conseil CHG to produce the plans and specifications for the structural elements of their two new buildings. The reception building, located at the Museum entrance, serves as an information booth for visitors travelling to Île aux Coudres and for passengers on the Charlevoix train, which stops next to the Museum. The main building offers an additional area of 5,000 square feet for maritime sector exhibitions of all kinds. The premises are also used by a maritime research chair from Laval University

Groupe Conseil CHG worked with architects and urban designers, and was responsible for all the structural and civil engineering aspects of the project.
